1. Is my product eligible for Return?
Products are eligible for return within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must be:
In its original packaging
Unused
Unopened and sealed
All original tags & labels intact
In cases of Wrong Item Delivered, Item In Box Damaged (but Shipping box is ok), or Missing Item in Order:
Contact us with unboxing videos of the packaging box and the product within 3 days of the order delivery date
The regular 7-day return policy will not be applicable in this case
Recommendation: Capture an unboxing video as evidence to resolve the above claims.
2. Cases not eligible for return:
Open or used items
Complaints of taste, health issues etc. (We recommend consulting a nutritionist or the brand directly in this case)
Products with tampered scratch codes, serial numbers etc.
Freebie items without the item purchased
3. What happens if I receive a fake product?
At pumpzone.in, we do not have any 3rd party sellers. 100% of the products listed on our website are fulfilled directly by us in our own warehouse. We are the official, authorised, and certified distributor/seller of most of the brands we sell, so you cannot receive a fake product. Rest you can contact the brand directly in case of any confusion.
4. If you need help with authenticity verification, contact the brand customer care directly and share product images/batch numbers.
Return Process
How do I initiate a return?

Note: Return can only be initiated once against a single order. We have the sole discretion to approve OR reject your return request.
5. What is the Return Process?
Once your return request is approved:
A courier partner will be assigned to pick up your product
You will receive further instructions on how to proceed
Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during the return shipping process
6. How will the refund be processed?
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product:
We will process your refund within 3 business days
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits or a coupon code
Allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

7. What happens if I get a notification that my order was marked as delivered, but I never received it?
In this extremely rare scenario:
Inform us within 2 days of receiving the delivery notification
We will take necessary action with the courier/delivery person to resolve the case

8. Does pumpzone.in save my Credit/Debit Card information?
pumpzone.in never stores your credit/debit card information. Your card information is securely processed with our payment gateway partners.
9. How can I cancel an order after placing it?
Cancellation is applicable only before the shipping of the item. An order cannot be cancelled if it has already been shipped. Returns will still be applicable according to our policies.
NOTE: If cancellation occurs after the product has been shipped, the customer is responsible for courier charges for both forward and return shipment. The refund will be issued as store credits or a coupon code valid for one yearC.
10. How long does it take to ship the orders?
We usually process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day
Standard delivery time: Same day delivery available in Chandigarh- Tricity 2-3 business days for Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi-NCR, 5-7 days for the rest of India
Working days exclude National Holidays and Sundays
Occasional delays may happen on a case-to-case basis. pumpzone.in is not liable for shipping delays resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances.
11. What happens if my order gets delayed?
While we strive for prompt shipping, delays may occur due to:
Recipient unavailability or incorrect contact information
Adverse weather conditions
Out-of-stock items (rare occurrence)
We will attempt to inform customers about any delays.

13. How do you ship the orders?
We have partnered with various shipment providers, including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, Ecom Express, etc., for local delivery to various pin codes in India.

15. What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only within India.
